[Recipe] Chocolate Mousse
Yesterday, a friend from Belgium made some chocolate mousse for me. The recipe is so simple I couldn't resist to the pleasure to share it with you!!!
You will need per person 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 25g of dark chocolate.
* Put the chocolate to melt, in a pot put in boiling water ("Bain-Marie");
* Separate the yolk from the white of the eggs, and beat the eggs till they are firm;
* When the chocolate is melt, remove the pot from the boiling water, add slowly the sugar and the yolk of the eggs.
* Add very progressively the white of the eggs.
* Put 2 hours in the fridge.
Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture when the pot was full, but I can assure you that everybody found it delicious!
