[Sport] 10k early

I went running 10k again today, leaving earlier (5:30!) than yesterday so that I would have the time to check out work before the first talk of the summer school.

My dog friend was not there, the sea lions were still sleeping and it was too dark to take pictures, so all you get is a smily map report card ;)

I felt great during running, but feel again sneezing and congestioned 5mns after entering the room: I guess I am allergic to something in it. Nothing to worry about : I am checking out in 1h!

[Sport] 10k without effort

I went running again this morning, and did 10k without effort. Maybe the air of Valparaiso is helping?

I made friend with a dog who followed me for a good part of it, back and forth, and protected him from the other dogs on which territories we trespassed.

On the way back, the sea lions had invested a structure that I had observed before. Some were very obviously playing, climbing the structure to jump again in the water.

A very good morning run indeed!

[Sport] Running in Valparaiso

I have been in Valparaiso for two nights only, staying at a hôtel, and my throat and eyes and nose are hurting as if my bedroom had been used to store the main part of the lacrymogènes used last year.

I feel much better when I go running outside, and the symptoms start again once I get to my bedroom. I stayed in this hotel, albeit in a distinct room, without such symptoms, one month ago. Maybe I am just lacking sleep ;)

The run on the bay was very nice!

Saturday, we went to Valparaiso, and we spent the afternoon in a restaurant called "El Rincon de Las guitarras" ("The guitar Spot"), where musiciens (who did not know each other) were playing together. I had none of my instruments (I should at least take my armonica with me!), and their piano was in a very bad shape, put they lent me their accordeon, and I improvised a bit of a melody: I was very proud and happy!
