[Pictures] The dog Palace

I spent the weekend in Algarrobo, at the "Dog Palace": There are 11 dogs there!

Goldie :

Goldie is my favourite, she is so happy when I take her to run! 

A.  told me that the other dogs byte her when she acts crazily happy in  the "Dog palace". Hence she acts calm and conform to the attitude from the other dogs while inside, but she recerts to her explosive self when running outside, especially when running in the sand! 

[Sport ] Algarrobo run

On Sunday I went to a running event in Algarrobo:

I was planning to run the 10 km, but I finally decided to run the 5 kms (the 10k was going up and down the hill, and it was more fun running the 5k with Carlos). We took two selfies: one before the race:

We did it in some 27 mns (Carlos won, he is 10 years younger than me!), it was a lot of fun!

[Sport] Short run in Marine Air

I ran two mornings out of three here at the beach house, and I hardly believe how good I feel after running, especially as opposed to how bad I often feel after running in the city!

I helped a friend to move his furniture around, and enjoy in return some nice evenings to the sound of the waves (and of his 11 dogs barking as people pass on the path below). Happy Weekend everyone!
