Learning to Draw: investigation

I am making some tentative at distinct faces, it is a good exercise but quite different from my first two drawings that I liked so much...

Chicken!

One of the biggest pleasures of being back in Normandy is the silence at night. The second biggest pleasure is to spend time with family and friends. But the third biggest pleasure is to spend time with the animals of my parent's minifarm.

P. offered a couple of small chicken "Neigre-soie" to E for her 60th birthday. Those chicken (chicks, actually, it will take 4 more months for them to mature) are very quiet, and you can take them and stroke them with a bit of care: it was a hit with L even though he is only 1-year old!!!

I cannot live without her...

When I came to France I had to leave her in Chile, but I quickly found out that I could not live without her: far from her, I was feeling tired, without energy, I was not eating well, losing the taste for life.

So I went on the web (!!!) and found a suitable replacement in Normandy. She is different, she does not support me as much as I am used to, but her "brain" is working better. I gave her a superior laptop with a bigger screen with which you can interact with both pen and fingers, on which we watch tv series and educational videos every morning, shortly after waking up while exercising together.

I love my new home exercising cycle!!! (I hope the one in Chile won't get too jealous, because I am NOT bringing this one across the Atlantic, my two pieces of luggage will be full enough as it is!)

Learning to Draw: bigger sportive TNT

I tried to draw a larger version of the previous drawing, but I think I like the first one better. I am still trying to repeat the impression given by the head in my first drawings, the position of the eyes or the shape of the head is not quite right. I need more practice!

Learning to Draw: Sportive TNT!

Trying to draw a whole character is a bit harder, but I like how this one turned out!
